My childhood memories are primarily founded in being around my family. Getting together with them means lots of food!! My journey as a chef started by watching my parents and all my aunties constantly cooking. I had no choice but learn their techniques & recipes.
Cooking to me is a way to connect with my culture and share diversity with people!

I was born and raised in Tacoma. Growing up I have always loved trying and supporting local businesses. From dive diners to fine dining, craft cocktail lounges, and coffee houses. Many of my jobs, hobbies and interests have always been in hospitality & the food and drink industry.
This new venture is a fun opportunity for Camila and I to share our passions with our community.
