Our coxinhas are made from scratch in Tacoma, WA by me, Camila. From our homemade chicken stock to our creamy, well-seasoned chicken filling, every step is done with care using quality ingredients.
I’m always experimenting in the kitchen, developing new flavors while staying true to the comfort and tradition of Brazilian food.

As a Paulistana, I grew up frequenting bakeries—known as padocas—places where fresh food, community, and comfort meet. These bakeries are an essential part of everyday life, and coxinhas are a true classic there: beloved, familiar, and always comforting.
